Pizza Hut In Houston Engages Team Members And Customers
Emma, RGM for the Meadows Pizza Hut in Houston, has a very unique way of engaging her team members and customers into the World Hunger effort. She creates healthy competition amongst everyone to see who can give more, Team Meadows or Team Customers!
Every one of her team members has contributed. In some cases some team members have each given $1 a day for the last several days. Emma posts the certificates on the wall with her team members’ names, and very clearly customers can see who has donated more.
In one particular case, Mr. Phil, a loyal customer of Emma’s, asked who the employee was with the most donations. When told who the employee was and they had $23 to date, Mr. Phil decided to make a statement and donated $116 dollars!
Emma’s and her team’s efforts have made her a top 5 contributor in South Houston. She is approaching the $1,000 mark and has won the hearts of her customers in doing so!
